ET and LaFaye Tapper
Pastor ET was born and raised a Catholic Cajun who grew up drinking Tabasco sauce! In his senior year at Louisiana State University he became a follower of Jesus and immediately knew he was called to preach His gospel. ET is ordained through the Assemblies of God. After marrying the most amazing woman in the world (LaFaye), they were hired on staff in 1985 as Assistant Youth Pastors at a church in Baton Rouge, La. Eventually God brought them to the Seattle area in 2002. In October of 2008 they became the pastors of View Ridge Community Church. ET and LaFaye love the people of VRCC. To the Tappers, people who call VRCC home are not just friends, they are family.

Stan and Jane Rossart
Pastor Stan was born in Bellingham and raised in Everett. He married his wife Jane, the greatest of all women, in 1969 and they have one son and are the proud grandparents of two grandsons. Stan also served in the Navy and shortly after being discharged, he and Jane moved back to Washington and settled in Marysville. Stan was ordained by The Fellowship Of Christian Assemblies in 1988 and in 1996 he and Jane helped establish View Ridge Community Church. Stan has a heart for prayer. He is also passionate about Men’s Ministry and seeing men become passionate about God.
Jane was born and raised in the Northeast corner of Indiana on a working farm. She met her awesome husband on a blind date and has been married to Stan for 42 years. Jane has one son and two grandsons, the oldest which she enjoys watching play basketball .Jane has been the Office Administrator at VRCC for over 10 years and she also serves on the Women's Ministry team.

Ben and Lana Tapper
Ben, and his beautiful wife Lana live in Arlington, WA. Ben, however, is originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He is Quality Assurance at the Boeing Company, but enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Ben is passionate about worshiping God and leading others to do the same. He has been the Worship Leader at VRCC since 2011.

Shane & Jessica Lewis
Jessica Attended Ministry school in 2005-2006. Once married her and Shane got very involved in a local Church. they led many small groups out of their home. they have a passion for discipleship and relationship building. Small groups really provided the opportunity for that to happen. Jessica took over as the MOPS (moms of Preschoolers) coordinator in 2009 where she served for 3 Years. she then had the opportunity to step into Women’s Ministry Leadership for almost 3 years. she loved being able to serve the women in their Church through discipleship and events. In 2013 Jessica and an incredible team Launched Celebrate Recovery at their church. It is a thriving, growing and retaining ministry to this day. she still gets to volunteer there and is so blessed by what it has done in her own life.

Landon & Rachael Tapper
Landon and his wife Rachael live in Arlington, Wa. Landon has been working as a Firefighter-EMT for the past 5 years. Rachael Tapper is currently in nursing school and graduating with her RN in December of 2018. They both love spending time with their family, going outdoors, and traveling. Landon and Rachael are passionate about leading people to God and showing the love of Jesus Christ to youth through their youth ministry. They have been leading the youth since June, 2018 at View Ridge Community Church.

Jessica and her husband Jason live in Lynnwood, WA with their adorable 2 year old son Franklin. Jessica is a stay at home mom as well as college student working towards her ministers license. She works in the church office since 2016. Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and having get togethers with her friends. She is passionate about teaching kids and leading them to Christ. She has been the Children’s Ministry Director since 2017.
