ET and LaFaye Tapper
Pastor ET was born and raised a Catholic Cajun who grew up drinking Tabasco sauce! In his senior year at Louisiana State University he became a follower of Jesus and immediately knew he was called to preach His gospel. ET is ordained through the Assemblies of God. After marrying the most amazing woman in the world (LaFaye), they were hired on staff in 1985 as Assistant Youth Pastors at a church in Baton Rouge, La. Eventually God brought them to the Seattle area in 2002. In October of 2008 they became the pastors of View Ridge Community Church. ET and LaFaye love the people of VRCC. To the Tappers, people who call VRCC home are not just friends, they are family.

Stan and Jane Rossart
Pastor Stan was born in Bellingham and raised in Everett. He married his wife Jane, the greatest of all women, in 1969 and they have one son and are the proud grandparents of two grandsons. Stan also served in the Navy and shortly after being discharged, he and Jane moved back to Washington and settled in Marysville. Stan was ordained by The Fellowship Of Christian Assemblies in 1988 and in 1996 he and Jane helped establish View Ridge Community Church. Stan has a heart for prayer. He is also passionate about Men’s Ministry and seeing men become passionate about God.
Jane was born and raised in the Northeast corner of Indiana on a working farm. She met her awesome husband on a blind date and has been married to Stan for 42 years. Jane has one son and two grandsons, the oldest which she enjoys watching play basketball .Jane has been the Office Administrator at VRCC for over 10 years and she also serves on the Women's Ministry team.

Ben and Lana Tapper
Ben, and his beautiful wife Lana live in Arlington, WA. Ben, however, is originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He is Quality Assurance at the Boeing Company, but enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Ben is passionate about worshiping God and leading others to do the same. He has been the Worship Leader at VRCC since 2011.

Gabe & Tiffani Krootzko
Gabe and his wife Tiffani live in Everett, Wa. They both love spending time with their family, going outdoors, and traveling. Gabe and Tiffani are passionate about leading people to God and showing the love of Jesus Christ to youth through their youth ministry. They have been leading the youth since 2018 at View Ridge Community Church.

Tina Strong
Tina and her husband Walt live in Marysville, Wa. Tina has been working in childcare since 1989 and considers herself a big kid at heart. She recently received her ministries license and is excited to be the children's pastor at VRCC and looks forward to teaching the children about the love of Jesus and guiding them in their faith. Tina has one adult daughter (Kari) and one grandson (Levi) who brings her great joy. Tina is forever thankful for the love of her Lord and Savior Jesus and her greatest desire is to share Jesus with everyone.
